We will be operating a Challenge 25 policy on the sale of alcohol as requred by our Premises Licence. This means that if you appear to be under the age of 25, we will check your ID to shown that you are over 18 years of age.
Souvenir Festival-etched glasses are on sale at the event.
Festival programmes will also be available (so that you know what you're drinking!)
Unfortunately we are not able to allow you to bring dogs onto the school grounds. The exception to this being registered assistance dogs.

As well as cask ale, cider and perry there will be full offering of soft drinks, Cornish lager, wine and food. Food will include a Hog Roast, pizzas and street food. All ages catered for, we'll even through in an ice cream man!
BRINGING YOUR OWN DRINKS
It is a condition of our Premises Licence that only alcohol sold at the Festival can be consumed on the premises. Please don't bring your own drinks.
ACCESS AND TOILETS
The Festival will provide easy access facilities and amenities for disabled persons. Toilet facilities will be provided.
Due to the popularity of the festival and the numbers of people that now attend, we will be employing professional Stewards on-site this year. Attendee numbers will be continuously monitored at all times. If the site is deemed "full" by our security experts, then we will have to limit entry to a one out, one in basis
ACBF runs successfully because of the local community and we will do everything we can to ensure it remains a safe, fun day out for everyone, whilst still supporting causes close to Aston Clinton's heart.
